There are hundreds of small Thai manufacturers of low quality to high quality clothes. Many of these manufacturers since they are small speak no english and becuase they are small are not registered and therefore can not Export their products. They sell only to small local vendors that have stores or sell on the streets. Since they sell to local market their prices are typically very very competitve.

My company visits these manufacturers are regular basis to purchase there unsold items or any items they will sell at below market prices.
